Warm. Cozy. Traditional.
Do you come alive in the Fall? This is probably not a surprise, but so do we! There’s something so calming and nostalgic about warm tones like oranges, reds and yellows. It reminds of us family, the changing of the leaves and the (quickly approaching) holidays.

Although I don’t suggest we change our flooring with the season, if Fall inspires you, draw from that good feeling and use it to keep a piece of the season in your home throughout the year.
Here are some warm toned floors to get you in the November spirit!

A dreamy Marsala red brings out the best in this medium dark, eclectic flooring. Dark flooring with warm tones look great with a more traditional style and adding a bit of texture to your flooring gives a touch of character.

For a less eclectic look (and to make a smaller space look bigger) try going with a small planked look with less texture. The clean lines will emphasize and accentuate your furniture and décor. The more subtle hints of red in this flooring will great with almost any style of décor!

Rust and red might distract from cabinetry with orange undertones, but there is a happy medium! True hardwood will have slight variations in color and designs between planks. Check out the beautiful variations between darker browns, rustic reds and oranges in the flooring above. It’s all in the details!

If you’re looking to avoid shades of red and prefer the yellow and orange leaves of Fall, try a spontaneous and unexpected shade like above. Energetic yet traditional, the brighter orange and yellow undertones will liven up your space.

For a more rustic and eclectic vibe, mix the bright oranges and yellows with more prominent planks and knots in the wood.
